The News From Huntersville, N.C., March 19, 1921

HUNTERSVILLE

Huntersville, March 19—Miss Mary Matthews of Charlotte is in town for the day.

The athletic association had a meeting at the high school building last evening. Quite a crowd was in attendance.

Dr. and Mrs. M.C. Hunter went to Charlotte yesterday.

Mr. D. Luther Sloan of Charlotte stopped over a few hours in the village on his return from the northeastern section of the state.

Mrs. Ella Simpson McCoy has gone to the Long’s Sanatorium, Statesville, for treatment.

Mrs. Fannie Henderson has been sick for some time at her home here.

Miss Fernie Dalton of Salisbury spent several days here with friends.

The Huntersville Bank building is completed and the furniture is being moved today and will open up in the new banking house Monday morning for business.
