A number of cases were disposed of in Cabarrus Superior Court Thursday.
In the case of the Concord Hospital vs. J.T. Carter, a verdict of $50 was rendered for the plaintiff, and in the case of Dr. P.R. McFadyen vs. J.T. Carter a verdict of $54 was rendered for the plaintiff.
The case of W.L. Slaton & Co., vs. Cabarrus County was continued.
A jury gave Auta Honeycutt a verdict of $200 against Plato Miller.
The case of R.L. Wise vs. M.F. and Marshall Teeter was continued owing to the illness of Mrs. Marshall Teeter.
Other cases continued were:
--W. Ed Harris et al, vs. F.E. Robinson.
--Concord National Bank vs. J.F. Bost.
--W.J. Barnhardt vs. Richmond Flowe Co.
--Mrs. M.W. Gant vs. W.O. Allen
A verdict of $125 for plaintiff was rendered in the case of McKinley Dry vs. John S. Smith. This was an agreed verdict. G.C. Goodman and Son were given $205 in their case vs. Horace Black.
