Salisbury, March 4—The Rowan County Board of Health has decided that the influenza situation in this county does not warrant the closing of the public schools, according to a statement of Dr. W.C. Armstrong, Health Officer. The disease is prevalent throughout the county but not in a serious form while there is still less in the towns of Salisbury and Spencer.
