Fayetteville Recorder's Court, Mayor's Court, June 5, 1922

Recorder’s Court

In Recorder’s Court today four cases were tried as follows:

Sarah Walker, vagrancy. Not guilty.

Maggie Walker, assault. Judgement suspended on payment of costs.

Frank S. Vinson, larceny. Nol prossed.

Dill Williams, carrying a concealed weapon. Judgment withheld.

Mayor’s Court

The following cases were disposed of before Mayor Mackethan this morning: Three drunks, one speeder, all guilty. Two cases, one of assault with deadly weapon and one of larceny, were transferred to the Recorder.
