Chicago, Ill., June 3 (By the Associated Press)—The curt fight against Mathilde McCormick’s international marriage to Max Oser ended abruptly in less than two minutes proceedings in probate court here today when Mrs. Edith Rockefeller, the girl’s mother, withdrew her petition for a restraining order to pretend Mathilde’s marriage to the Swiss horseman.
