L. Scott Dillingham, professional bondsman and former used car dealer, having exhausted every effort to have his sentence changed to a fine, today is scheduled to begin his term of eight months on the county roads.
Several days ago Dillingham was permitted to remain at liberty for 10 days longer, if he so desired, in order to wind up his business affairs. However, he called at the court house yesterday and asked for a commitment.
