Franklinton—There is to be no danger from fire in Franklinton’s new school.
Its donor, Mr. S.C. Vann, who had let the contract several weeks ago for $165,000 has now put an additional $35,000 into the building to remove all fire hazards.
This makes the total cost of $200,000 for the building and does not include heating, lighting, or plumbing.
The school grounds are being graded and all plans pushed for the completion of the finest small town high school anywhere.
