Raleigh, Aug. 19—Alleging the violation of his home and the alienation of the affections of his wife, L.L. Umstead, Wake county farmer who lives near Apex, has started suit against A.H. Gordon, a neighbor, for $50,000. Of this amount $30,000 is asked for actual damage and $20,000 for punitive damages.
