Walter Wilburn Suing Pomona Mills, Aug. 21, 1922

Seeking $750 Because Finger was Lacerated

Walter Wilburn filed suit in the office of Mason W. Gant, clerk of Guilford Superior court, Thursday asking damages of $750 from the Pomona mills. It is alleged in the bill of complaint that Wilburn stopping a machine by grasping a lever, under the direction of a foreman of the mill, had his finger lacerated by a belt.
