Lumberton, Aug. 19—Otha McBryde, a 12-year-old negro boy, is in jail here charged with shooting and killing Docia Lee McBryde, his 14-year-old sister. The killing took place at St. Pauls, Robeson county. The load from the shotgun blew off the top of the girl’s head, it is said. The two were in a room alone when the shooting took place.
