Asheville, Sept. 14—Dr. J.L. Mooresfield, giving Tampa, Fla., as his home address, was arrested at 4 o’clock this afternoon by members of the narcotic squad on charges of transporting drugs. A big quantity of opium and morphine was found in his luggage, according to arresting officers.
