Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 13—Pelcher Woolard of Clayton, brought to a local hospital day, suffering from wounds received in a gun battle in which his brother, it is alleged, was killed by a farmer named Pender, was resting quietly at the hospital tonight. His condition, it was stated at the hospital tonight, is not serious.
