Mrs. George Stanton and Welfare Officer Leonard are endeavoring to secure the release from jail of Minnie Gardner, the 10-year-old child of Mrs. Alma Gardner, who is in jail on the charge of vagrancy.
The child will ultimately be sent to the Children’s Home in Greensboro.
