Hear Argument in Flogging Case

Rocky Mount, N.C., March 15—Arguments of counsel in the trial of Will Clark and Walter Cook, charged with kidnapping in connection with the flogging on January 27 of Marvin Bobbitt, continued in circuit court at Nashville today. Taking of evidence was concluded yesterday and two attorneys made their arguments before court adjourned. The jury is expected to get the case this afternoon.
