Judge J.J. Gentry of Bird Mountain Farm is stopping at the Hertzog apartments in Spartanburg while supervising the development of his residence lot sub-division just off North Liberty Street after leaving the underpass Southern Railway near Beaumont Mills. The lots should prove interesting to the buying public for the reason that they are right at industrial plants and hard surface streets lead into the city.
