A case of domestic infelicity of apparently some months standing was aired in police court Tuesday morning when Bonner Hopkins, Broad street, was before the recorder on a charge of assault on his wife.
Prayer for judgment was continued for two years on payment of costs, the court expressing the hope that a complete reconciliation might be effected and suggesting that the pair seek a new place of residence, since it appeared that their landlady with whom they had their home was embittered toward Mrs. Hopkins.
