Greensboro, Dec. 8—Thirty-eight stolen cars were recovered by the Automobile Theft Bureau of the Department of State during November, according to a bulletin received by the Carolina Motor Club today. Thirty-seven cars were stolen in this state during that month. Only a part of these have been recovered, but the fact that the recoveries during this month exceeded the number stolen is considered a rather interesting recommendation for the new title law.
