Miss Cora Belle McLeod, who has accepted a position as public health nurse with the Robeson county health department, began her work in the county January 15th. Miss McLeod will do special work in maternal and infant hygiene, and her work will be confined to midwives, mothers and young babies of the county.
Miss McLeod desires the cooperation of the physicians, local registrars of birth and deaths, various women’s organizations, and all other individuals or agencies that may assist in the development of this important work in Robeson county. Miss McLeod has had ovr six years experience in public health work.
