Greensboro, Jan. 13—This city is unable to find a site for a modern incinerator. As fast as one site is selected the residents in the community become alarmed and talk to the city council about the decrease in their property values and other objectionable features. A protest meeting is avoided at the city council by the announcement of council that a site selected had been abandoned.
