Jackson will have a Home Demonstration Agent and a Farm
Demonstrator this year. The County Commissioners made an appropriation for the
Home Demonstration Agent the first of January, and the first of this month they
made an appropriation for a Farm Demonstrator.
Now what about a public hitching place? The farmers should
have some accommodation when they come to town. As it is now there is not a
single place fit for them to hitch their teams. Sometimes they have to leave
them standing unhitched.
