Charlotte, Sept. 2—Explosion of about 400 cases of dynamite in a small storage house of Dennis and Rhinehard, contractors constructing the great hydro-electric power dam on Mountain Island, on the Catawba river, this afternoon killed three negroes whose names could not be learned tonight.
