Watson Case Was Mistrial. . . Jury Unable to Agree on a Verdict After Having Been Out All Night Long

In the case of Tom Watson, charged with having received tobacco known by him to have been stolen, the jury in superior court this morning announced that they were unable to arrive at a verdict and a mistrial was ordered. It is reported that the jury stood 10 to 2 for conviction.

The case against Charles L. Williams of Vanceboro, charging him with seduction on promise of marriage, went to the jury late this afternoon.
