Miss Annie Meadows of Near Moorehead City, and Mr. Clyde Cagle of Asheboro were married August 25 by Rev. Mr. Craven in the Register of Deeds office at Beaufort.
Mrs. Cagle is the attractive daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S.B. Meadows, who is a prominent farmer of Carteret county. For the past year and a half she has been a stenographer for a laundry company in High Point. Mr. Cagle is the son of the late J.C. Cable and Mrs. Winnie Cagle of Asheboro, and is an enterprising young business man. Mr. and Mrs. Cagle will make their home in High Point.
