Friends in Goldsboro of Mrs. Charles L. Abernethy, wife of Congressman Abernethy, who represents this district in the halls of Congress, will regret to learn that she suffered a painful accident at hen (her?) home at New Bern last night, when she fell and broke one arm.
Mrs. Abernethy was reported as resting as well as possible under the circumstances.
