Judge Decides Bost Should Serve Jail Sentence in State Prison, Oct. 25, 1924

Sentence in Martin Bost Case Changed

Before adjourning Cabarrus County Superior Court Friday afternoon Judge A.M. Stack made a change in the sentence given Martin B. Bost, when the latter was found guilty of manslaughter for the death of Jesse J. Vanderburg. The new sentence says Bost must serve seven years in the State prison. The former sentence was for seven years.

Counsel for Bost gave notice of appeal when their client was sentenced.
