Mr. and Mrs. J.D. Farrior Sell Home to Daughter Estelle Blades, Oct. 14, 1924

Deeds Property to His Daughter. . . Mr. J.D. Farrior and Wife Sell the “Farrior Home Place,” Furniture, Fixtures and all Personal Property to Mrs. Estelle F. Blades

The Farrior Home Place on the corners of Goldsboro and Lee streets, owned by Mr. and Mrs. J.D. Farrior, has been sold to their daughter, Mrs. Estelle F. Blades of Elizabeth City. The papers were recorded in the office of Miss Tempie Batton, Register of Deeds of Wilson County, on October 8th, and were drawn up on October 4th.

According to the register in the Register of Deeds office, the mansion and lot, known as the Farrior Home place, with furniture and fixtures and all personal property of J.D. Farrior and Annie V. Farrior has been sold to Mrs. Estelle F. Blades.
