Tarboro, N.C., Aug. 21 (AP)—Edgecombe county now has a cement stockade for the county prison camp, which fills the legal requirements for the treatment of prisoners.
The structure is about eight miles from here. It is well built, and equipped with proper lighting, ventilation and sewerage facilities.
