Jury Reduces Award from $35,000 to $20,000 Injuries at Work, Aug.19, 1926

Workman Allowed $20,000 for Damages

Gastonia, Aug. 19—A verdict of $20,000 was returned by a jury here against Rinehart & Dennis, construction engineers, for injuries received at work.

A previous verdict of $35,000 had been appealed to the Supreme Court, which granted a new trial.
