Thomasville, May 11—The Standard Chair Company’s plant number two, located at this place, was completely destroyed by fire Tuesday night at 7:30 o’clock. The fire is said to have started from a lantern which exploded in the boiler room. The loss is estimated at approximately $75,000 with very little insurance.
