Mrs. Mamie Hardison of Jamestown died at the Washington Hospital last week after a few days illness with appendicitis. She was taken with an acute case and was rushed to Washington where she was operated on but not until too late. She was buried at her home by the side of her husband, the late Halsey Hardison, who has been dead about five years. She leaves eight children, her father, Augustus Davis, one brother and three sisters.
