Dr. Hoke Tendered Catawba Presidency. . . Lebanon Valley College Professor Looks Over the Institution at Salisbury

Salisbury, Aug. 8—The presidency of Catawba college has been tendered Dr. Elmer R. Hoke, Ph.D., of Lebanon Valley college, Armville, Pa. Dr. Hoke has visited Salisbury and looked over the situation, but it is not known for certain that he will accept the presidency of this institution, which is moving to Salisbury.

Dr. Hoke has been professor of education at Lebanon Valley college for two years.
