Carl Jones, colored, for the larceny of several cement sacks from the High School building, paid $3.90, the price he sold the sacks for, and the costs of court.
Monday
Dave Morris, colored, paid a fine of $5 and costs for being drunk and disorderly, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail when he refused to tell the court where he got the whiskey.
Tuesday
Joe Freeman, colored, was found not guilty of larceny of tire gauge.
