Plans are almost completed for the Boys’ and Girls’ Encampment, and enrollment cards are rolling in on every mail.
The plans for the encampment which have not been already announced are as follows:
--The boys and girls are expected to arrive at Farm Life School on the afternoon of the 11th.
--Each member enrolled is expected to bring along a box of food to help out in a picnic supper.
--In addition to the lunch, each member is expected to bring provisions as follows:
Fifth cents in money; 1 chicken, 1 cup of grits or rice, 1 pound of sugar, 2 pounds of bacon or ham, 1 pound of lard or butter, 1 dozen potatoes, 1 dozen eggs, 1 dozen tomatoes, 1 glass of jelly or preserves, 2 boxes of crackers or cakes.
--Each member must bring comb, brush, tooth brush, towels, and sheets and pillow case.
--The camp closes on Friday morning the 15th.
--The only requirement for entrance is to be between 12 and 18 years old, and to want to come. Send in your card immediately.
