Hampton, Ga., May 23—Despondent over constant ill health, ? H. Chinn, a prosperous planter of Hampton, committed suicide today by throwing himself on the tracks in front of a fast-moving Central of Georgia train a short distance from his home. The body, with head and arms severed, was found by his wife.
