Mrs. Nancy Elizabeth Stalker, aged 71 years old, wife of George L. Stalker, died at her home in Randleman Friday of last week following an illness of several years from a complication of diseases. Mrs. Stalker was born in Rockingham county. She was a member of the Holiness church at Randleman and while able was active in church work.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Hal Alred of Randleman; and two sons, Daniel Stalker of Randleman and Robert Stalker of Orlando, Fla.
Funeral was conducted at Mt. Lebanon Church, Randleman, Sunday by Rev. W. H. Nese, pastor, and Rev. A. R. Sink, pastor of the Holiness church. The pallbearers were: Messrs. George Saunders, Benjamin Hill, Madison Brown, C. L. Heath, M. F. Hunshaw and W. H. Dean. The flowers were borne by members of Mrs. Stalker’s most intimate women friends.
