Joe Adkinson, colored, of Fork township will face Judge Bland in county court Monday to answer to a charge of having whiskey in his possession for the purpose of sale. Deputies Kornegay and Smith took Adkinson into custody yesterday when they discovered two gallons of whiskey in his home.
