Asheville, March 5—During February 60 illicit stills and 25 alleged operators were captured by the forces working under chief Prohibition Agent J. Henry Reed with headquarters in Asheville. This is a record which exceeds even some of the bigger months the service has ever experienced here. W.D. Taylor, former chief of police of Asheville, has been sworn in as one of the agents under Mr. Reed and has assumed his new duties.
