J.A. Roscoe, of the tailoring firm of Roscoe & Nelson, which has been located at 219 ½ West Trade street, will open a new tailoring establishment in the Galloway building, 42 South Church street, next door to The News. I. Nelson, the other member of the firm of Roscoe & Nelson, will continue to operate the shop on West Trade street, the partnership between the two having been dissolved.
