Morrisville, Aug. 9—Miss Helen Reams of Durham has returned home after visiting Miss Mary Page.

Mrs. E.M. Ellis is visiting her daughter, Mrs. R.T. Johnson of Raleigh.

Mrs. C.F. Maynard is spending some time with her daughter, Mrs. L.F. Warlick of Durham.

Miss Azzie Yates of Carpenter spent Thursday evening with her sister, Mrs. E.G. Herndon.

Mrs. W.L. Page was in Raleigh Friday on business.

Rev. G.J. Green spent Thursday near Henderson on business.

Miss Rebecca Clements is visiting Miss Ruby Hester of Raleigh.

Rev. Neil Rowland of Fort Worth, Texas, spent Wednesday here with friends.

Mr. and Mrs. R.A. Hamilton and son, Robert Page, of Rocky Mount are visiting Mrs. Hamilton’s aunt, Mrs. Matt Marcom.

Rev. and Mrs. G.J. Green were in Raleigh Wednesday shopping.

The many friends of Mrs. Reba Butts Johnson of Route 1 will regret to hear she was operated on Tuesday at Rex hospital, Raleigh, for appendicitis.

Mr. and Mrs. E.G. Herndon were in Raleigh Wednesday shopping.

Mrs. Leon Creech of Clayton is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Upchurch.
