Treat Potatoes Before Bedding

All sweet potatoes should be treated before bedding in a solution of corrosive sublimate to prevent black rot. The solution can be made by putting one ounce of corrosive sublimate to eight gallons of water in wooden vessel. The potatoes should be soaked eight to ten minutes.
