A telegram received here this morning by Mrs. P.B. Fetzer Jr. announced the death today of Mrs. Luther McKinnon at here home in Clinton. Her husband, Rev. L. McKinnon was pastor of the First Presbyterian Church here about 45 years ago, and was later president of Davidson College for several years. Many of our older residents remember Mrs. McKinnon and will learn of her death with the deepest regret.
