The school districts of Mine Mountain and the Cedar Mountain, being adjacent territories, were consolidated by vote of the two communities on July 12. The consolidation is virtually an enlargement of the Cedar Mountain district. The schoolhouse there will be used and the number of teachers not increased.
The Pink Beds school has been abandoned in favor of the Ashworth Camp school, as most of the people have moved either to Ashworth or to the English Chapel section.
