Mrs. L.A. Williams of Chicago, Ill., formerly Miss Susie Hodge of this city, arrived Monday at noon called to the bedside of her father, Drew Hodge, who is seriously ill.
Mrs. Williams made the trip from Chicago to Washington, D.C., in an aeroplane in a little more than five hours, in order to reach her father’s bedside in the shortest possible time. She came by rail from Washington.
