Friends Celebrate Mrs. A.C. Lockman's Birthday Feb. 19, 1925

Kannapolis, Feb. 21—On Thursday evening, February 19th, Mrs. A.C. Lockman was hostess to a number of friends in honor of her birthday anniversary at the home of Mrs. Leonard on North Main Street.

The room was beautifully decorated in potted plants, the color scheme being pink and white. A.C. Lockman, Guy Ritchie, Bill Sechler and Ray Simpson entertained the guests by rendering several vocal selections after which a delicious sweet course was served.

Mrs. Lockman received many nice and useful gifts.

Those enjoying the evening were: Misses Martha Rowe, Eva Goble, Lillian Mills, Ethel Ketchie, Hilda Swindell, Gladys Wagoner and Maude Propst, and John Tucker, Bill Sechler, Guy Ritchie and Ray Simpson.
