In Nebraska Blizzard
Friend T.M. Greer, formerly of Watauga, but now of
Bloomfield, Neb., in remitting to The
Democrat, writes:
“We are enjoying good health at present. Just had one of the
worst blizzards for 10 or 15 years. It started on the night of Feb. 12, and
lasted until about noon on the 15th. We have snow drifts in our yard
from 12 to 15 feet deep. This part of the country suffered some in the loss of
stock, however, we were fortunate enough as not to lose any.”
