Salisbury, Feb. 6—Depositors of the People’s National bank here, which went broke in June, 1923, are being paid 10 per cent dividend by representatives of J. Earle Fouts, receiver. The dividend checks amount to approximately $80,000. This is the second dividend payment, one for 20 per cent having been paid last June.
