Sale of Land for Taxes

Pursuant to the laws of North Carolina authorizing the sale of real estate for Taxes, I shall sell for cash by public auction in the Court House door in Oxford, N.C., on the third Monday in October, 1924, the real estate herein described to satisfy the taxes due thereon, for the year of 1923. Time of sale, 12 o’clock.
