The Public Ledger thanks Mr. Taylor Hobgood of Route 1 for a basket of fine apples grown in his orchard. These apples, by whatever test, proves that fruit can be grown to perfection in Granville. Some red and some yellow, and as large as your fist, these apples were sound as a dollar.
