Salisbury, Feb. 9--George P. Wilson of Richmond was arrested here this morning, charged with stealing. Later the charge was changed and Wilson was ordered turned loose. He and Mrs. Wilson had been here a couple of weeks and his arrest was procured by H.B. Petty, spotter for the National Credit Corporation of Richmond, who had trailed the car and the couple through many Florida towns since they left Richmond about November first. The car purchase was financed by Petty’s company and Wilson had stopped making his monthly payments on it, it is claimed.
