Last evening about 9 o’clock Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Walla of Newton Grove parked their Ford automobile in front of the Wayne Shoe Store and went shopping. When they came back 30 minutes later, they discovered that someone had stolen the steering wheel of their car and a wedding present which they had just received.
Mr. and Mrs. Walla were married only a short time ago and their expedition last night was one of their first shopping experiences as a married couple.
